OUR PRESIDENT
Hello!
On behalf of the Gamma Iota Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, I would like to formally welcome you to our website. My name is Lauren Pflueger and I am the current President of the Gamma Iota Chapter here at Loyola University Chicago.
Since 1952, the Gamma Iota chapter has stood strong in the Loyola community, consistently producing successful leaders in the global business community. Gamma Iota prides itself in being open to all majors, allowing us to have a diverse and stimulating community. This community can otherwise be seen as a lifelong brotherhood always helping its members through its vast global network of industry professionals.
Alpha Kappa Psi is the world’s oldest and largest professional co-ed business fraternity, impacting individuals since 1904. In our present day, Alpha Kappa Psi has hundreds of chapters across the nation and overseas. We have many notable alumni in a variety of fields including business, politics, medicine, and art. We have had thousands of members cross into our brotherhood over the last 100+ years and we are excited to see our fraternity, as well as our chapter, grow as we move forward.
The Gamma Iota chapter has not only instilled professional values in me, but it has gifted me with brotherhood and friendship. Through my time in Gamma Iota I have made new friendships and have developed my professional skills. Through the help of my big, older brothers, and my fellow initiates, I have come to realize the gift of membership in Gamma Iota.
Moving forward I hope to see Gamma Iota grow exponentially and positively embody the values of Alpha Kappa Psi as well as Loyola University Chicago.
